IT Recruiter / Senior IT Recruiter – India (Work from Home) | Preference for Birlasoft Experience (Full-time/Contract) Position: Senior IT Recruiter Location: Kanpur, India Experience: 2–10 years About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Recruiter with hands-on expertise in ERP, CRM, and niche technology skills. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on Birlasoft requirements and a strong ability to source, screen, and close candidates for specialized IT roles. Key Responsibilities: • End-to-end recruitment for ERP, CRM, and niche technology roles. • Understand client requirements, particularly for Birlasoft projects, and deliver quality profiles within timelines. • Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting. • Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers. • Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics. • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 2–10 years of experience in IT recruitment, with proven expertise in ERP, CRM, and niche technologies. • Prior experience working on Birlasoft hiring is highly preferred. • Strong sourcing skills using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
