About the job: About Beyond Strats We are a Creative Brand Performance Agency working with ambitious brands across real estate, healthcare, lifestyle and emerging sectors. We operate with a limited client roster so that every project gets depth, not volume treatment. AI is not an add-on for us. It is part of our daily workflow. From concept exploration to high-end visual execution, we actively use advanced AI tools to enhance creativity and speed without compromising quality. Now we are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer who wants to build work that actually matters. What This Role Feels Like • You will not be asked to produce 30 random posts a week. • You will not be treated like a production machine. • You will collaborate on campaigns, brand identities, high-end ad creatives and performance-first visual systems. You will be part of strategy discussions. Your ideas will be heard. • It is mostly remote. We work independently, but we also meet occasionally in Kochi or Bengaluru to brainstorm, shoot, plan and reset as a team. • If you enjoy freedom with responsibility, this will feel right. What You Will Do • Design premium social and performance creatives • Build brand systems, pitch decks and visual identities • Create ad creatives optimized for conversions • Work on landing page visuals and digital assets • Contribute to campaign concepts, not just execution • Collaborate with video editors, strategists and performance marketers AI Is Core Here If you already use AI tools in your creative process, that is a strong advantage. Or If you are deeply curious and willing to experiment, we will train you and give you access to the latest AI tools. We care more about how you think than how many tools you list on your CV. Motion awareness is a plus, but not mandatory.
