We build systems that help businesses scale through structured workflows and execution. Role Overview : We are looking for a GoHighLevel Specialist who can handle client-side setups, troubleshoot issues, and build scalable systems using HighLevel. This role is execution-focused. You will work on snapshots, workflows, automations, and integrations, while also handling client communication when needed. Location: Remote (Global) Role Type: Full-Time Experience: Mid-Level (2–4 years preferred) Key Responsibilities : • Build and manage GoHighLevel snapshots • Handle and resolve client-side CRM and automation issues • Create and optimize workflows, automations, and pipelines • Work with variables, triggers, and logic inside workflows • Integrate HighLevel with external apps using APIs • Build and manage custom solutions/apps within HighLevel • Support development using Node.js, TypeScript, and React.js (basic to mid-level) • Assist in building AI-based systems (Voice AI, chat automation, etc.) within HighLevel • Ensure systems are stable, scalable, and aligned with client requirements • Communicate with clients to understand issues and provide solution Required Skills & Experience • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (HighLevel) • Strong understanding of CRM systems, leads, pipelines, and workflows • Experience with automation logic, variables, triggers, and conditions • Basic to mid-level experience in Node.js, TypeScript, and React.js • Understanding of API integrations and webhook-based systems • Ability to debug and fix client-side issues independently • Strong communication skills for handling client interactions • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience working in an agency environment • Experience building custom apps or extensions within HighLevel • Exposure to AI tools, Voice AI, or automation systems • Experience working with international clients How We Work : • Clear ownership of tasks and outcomes • Structured systems and workflows • Fast execution with high standards • No micromanagement, but strong accountability Perks : • Fully remote with a global team • Competitive compensation based on experience • Flexible work schedule (timezone alignment when required) • Opportunity to work on advanced automation and AI systems • Exposure to international clients and high-level workflows High preference will be given to candidates with prior GoHighLevel experience.
