Role Description This is a full-time on-site internship role for a Company Secretary Intern at Bhambri and Associates, located in Ludhiana. The intern will assist in preparing and reviewing statutory and legal documentation, maintaining compliance with corporate governance standards, filing with regulatory authorities, and organizing board meetings and minutes. Responsibilities also include research on legal and regulatory matters and providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations within the organization. Qualifications • Knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and governance practices • Documentation, filing procedures, and proficiency in handling statutory paperwork • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills related to legal and corporate issues • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently • Pursuing or completed a Company Secretary course; prior internship experience is a plus We will reach out to the applicants individually and hold a online interview for the same.
