Key Responsibilities • Handle patient appointments, scheduling, and confirmations • Manage billing and payment processing • Conduct telecalling for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and reviews • Maintain and update patient data entry registers and digital records • Collect patient reviews and feedback post-consultation • Coordinate with medical and admin teams to ensure seamless clinic flow • Manage front desk operations, including welcoming patients and handling inquiries Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma • 1–3 years of experience in front desk, clinic administration, or customer service • Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi) • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets / basic CRM tools • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment What We Offer • Competitive salary + incentives • Supportive team environment Timings: 10am to 6pm | 11am to 7pm Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
