Role Overview As a Business Development Associate for the Sales Referral Program, you will play a crucial role in driving Bhanzu’s growth by leveraging referral channels to generate leads and support the sales process. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates who are energetic, persuasive, and eager to build a career in EdTech sales. Key Responsibilities ● Identify and generate leads through referral networks. ● Engage with prospective clients referred through the program via calls, emails, and messaging platforms. ● Explain Bhanzu’s offerings and conduct product demonstrations for referred leads. ● Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools. ● Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize conversion rates from referral sources. ● Assist in organizing and executing referral campaigns and events. ● Collect and relay feedback from referred clients to improve the referral process. ● Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Desired Candidate Profile ● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (freshers encouraged to apply). ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities. ● High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and adaptability. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. ● Proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus. ● Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
