As an experienced Accountant, your role will involve monthly closure of Books of Account and supervision of various Accounting Functions such as expense booking, payment to vendors, sales, collection from customers, Bank reconciliations, and General Ledger scrutiny. You will also oversee Vendor and Customer ledger reconciliations carried out by the Team Members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of GST and GST Returns, along with other statutory and mandatory compliances like PF Return filing, TDS, Payment of Taxes, attending Assessments and Appeals. You will guide and assist Team members in filing monthly Returns and ensure no Non-compliances.
- Manage Branch Administration functions including coordinating for IT infrastructure support and Housekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and guidelines, PF & Shop Establishment, Labour law, Contract employee compliances, Office premise lease negotiations / Maintenance, AMC & other Vendor negotiations and Agreements.
- Coordinate with lawyers, prepare Documents, attend courts, and meet arbitrators to support the Corporate Legal Department and Operating Divisions.
- Prepare the Annual Operating expense Budget and attend to Internal Auditors while resolving their queries.
Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in Accounting and Financial Management.
- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory compliances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
