Graphic Designer – Training & Marketing Collaterals

Job Title: Graphic Designer – Training & Marketing Collaterals Location: Saki Vihar Road, Powai Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented, creatively driven Graphic Designer to elevate the design quality of our training materials and support brand-aligned marketing initiatives. This role focuses on turning learning content into engaging, visually appealing participant- ready formats. You will collaborate closely with the content team, business development teams, facilitators, and clients to ensure the timely, accurate, and impactful delivery of design assets. Key Responsibilities • Training Material Design • Transform the content provided by the team into visually engaging PPT decks, participant workbooks, handouts, and other learning aids. • Improve the look, layout, and readability of training material while maintaining brand consistency. • Use tools like MS PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or other modern alternatives as per facilitator preferences. • Marketing & Internal Collaterals • Design visually aligned mailers, flyers, posters, and internal communication material for learning programs, summits, and events. • Collaborate with the marketing and business development team to execute on- brand assets for outreach. • Review & Delivery • Proofread training material to ensure consistency in layout, formatting, and visual clarity; flag basic grammar/spelling issues when necessary. • Coordinate with content teams to gather design requirements and deliver materials within agreed timelines. • Manage the emailing of workshop collaterals to the clients and ensure pre- workshop readiness. • Reporting & Coordination • Maintain a daily tracker on the status of workshop materials and share updates with internal teams. • Liaise with clients over email or call to confirm file delivery. Qualifications • 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in L&D designing for instructor-led or virtual training formats. • Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint), Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva. • Eye for clean design, layout alignment, visual hierarchy, and color balance. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.Skills: adobe,materials,learning,training material,canva,design,layout,adobe illustrator • Strong proofreading ability with attention to detail. • * Familiarity
