BPA Head Business Planning & Analysis Function Position Description: The purpose of this role is to provide effective execution for Bharti Airtel Environment to ensure adherence to defined quality, performance, and SLA requirements. Organizational Relationship Reporting To Business Finance Controller (AVP/VP) Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities 1. Finance Analysis & Optimization - Drive path to profitability for the business by reducing the costs and eliminating any inefficiencies - Monitoring product wise / segment wise / region wise performance vs targets - Validation of various business cases - OPEX / CAPEX approvals - Submission of business plans and monthly P&L forecast - Preparation of Annual Operating Plan basis underlying growth, Market data, Competition benchmarking in discussion with the business teams - Monitoring of key KPIs through financial reports, variance analysis 2. Risk & Control: Identification of process weaknesses, control gaps and risks and suggesting key process improvements to leadership to eliminate risks and leakages 3. People Management 5.
