Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalna for an Assistant position. The Assistant will perform administrative and organizational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations, support team members, and coordinate schedules. Responsibilities include managing correspondence, maintaining records, handling office tasks, and offering excellent customer support when required. The Assistant will also assist in preparing reports, organizing meetings, and providing overall support to management.
Qualifications
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as record-keeping, scheduling, and document management
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for managing correspondence and customer support
• Basic proficiency in office software tools, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related applications
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities
• Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is a plus
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
