Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
• Post job openings on job portals (like LinkedIn, Indeed) and social media.
• Review resumes/applications and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.
Recruitment Coordination
• Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate records.
Communication
• Reach out to candidates to screen them and provide update.
• Follow up on interviews and communicate feedback.
Process Support
• Help maintain documentation related to hiring (e.g., offer letters, compliance documents).
• Assist HR team with onboarding tasks when needed.
Skills & Requirements
• Essential Skills
Strong verbal & written communication (English, Hindi)
• Interest in HR / talent acquisition.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).
• Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
Educational Requirements
• Any Bachelor’s degree / HR, Business or related
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
