We are looking for an HR Coordinator to manage and support day-to-day HR operations, employee records, and compliance activities. The role focuses on HR administration and coordination rather than recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and support payroll processing.
• Handle onboarding documentation and exit formalities.
• Assist in drafting HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR operations/administration.
• Knowledge of payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,647.93 - ₹25,000.00 per month
