Job Description: Multi-Cloud Network & Security Engineer (AI-driven Data Platforms) Position: Multi-Cloud Network & Security Engineer Location: Remote / Hybrid Type: Full-time About the Role We are building an AI-driven data application deployed across Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft Azure. We seek a hands-on Multi-Cloud Network & Security Engineer who can design, secure, and automate infrastructure across these providers using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). The right candidate will bring strong multi-cloud networking, security, and automation expertise to help us build secure, scalable data and AI platforms. Responsibilities • Architect and implement secure multi-cloud network infrastructures across GCP, AWS, and Azure. • Automate provisioning of infrastructure and security controls using Terraform (preferred) or equivalent IaC tools. • Ensure AI driven data pipelines are secure, compliant, and optimized for high performance across multiple clouds. • Manage identity and access security (IAM) across cloud platforms. • Implement compliance-driven security standards (CIS, NIST, ISO27001, GDPR, HIPAA). • Partner with data engineering and AI/ML teams to ensure infrastructure supports advanced analytics and machine learning use cases. • Conduct threat modeling, monitoring, and incident response for multi-cloud environments. Requirements • 5+ years in network/security engineering with at least 3 years in multi-cloud environments. • Hands-on experience with: • GCP: VPC, IAM, GKE, Cloud Armor, BigQuery • AWS: VPC, IAM, EKS, WAF, S3, RDS • Azure: VNet, IAM, AKS, Azure Firewall, Synapse • Strong background in Terraform or equivalent IaC tools. • Knowledge of cloud-native security tooling and integration with SIEM. • Expertise in network connectivity: interconnects, VPN, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Required Certifications To ensure validated expertise, candidates must hold at least one certification from each cloud provider (or be actively pursuing): • AWS: • AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty • AWS Certified Security – Specialty • GCP: • Google Professional Cloud Network Engineer • Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer • Azure: • Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate • Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate Nice-to-Have • Kubernetes security (e.g., CKS certification). • Service mesh experience (Istio, Linkerd). • Multi-cloud observability (Datadog, Prometheus, Splunk).
