E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a responsible E-commerce Operations Executive to manage online orders, create shipments, and coordinate dispatch processes across various e-commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Manage orders from platforms like Amazon and Flipkart • Create shipments and schedule pickups • Generate invoices and packing slips • Coordinate with courier partners for dispatch • Track shipments and update order status • Handle returns, RTO, and customer queries • Maintain inventory records Required Skills: • Basic knowledge of e-commerce seller panels • Good communication skills • Basic Excel knowledge • Attention to detail • Ability to handle multiple orders daily Experience: • 6 months –2 years in e-commerce / operations (Freshers can apply) Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,022.66 per month Work Location: In person
