Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Tezpur, Assam. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the daily operations of the HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities will also include managing payroll, developing HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and providing guidance to employees and leadership on HR matters. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment. Qualifications • HR management skills, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management • Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and best practices in HR policies • Proficiency in payroll management and administrative functions • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to lead teams, foster a positive work environment, and drive employee engagement • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Experience working in the construction or wholesale supply industry is an advantage
