BillingXchange is expanding its Dental Revenue Cycle Management team and we are currently hiring a Dental Insurance Eligibility Verification Expert to support US dental practices. This role focuses on verifying patient insurance coverage before treatment to ensure accurate billing and clean claim submission. 📍 Ahmedabad, Gujarat 🕘 US Shift | Work From Office ⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred 👨🏻💻 6 Months to 3 Years Experience Key Responsibilities: • Verify active coverage, limitations, waiting periods, and frequency rules • Update accurate insurance details in PMS systems • Coordinate with billing and RCM teams for claim readiness Candidate Requirements: • 6 months to 3 years experience in dental eligibility verification or dental RCM • Freshers with understanding of EV workflows may apply • Good clutch on technical communication for EV voice and web preferred. • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy What Matters Most Knowledge of dental insurance workflows and ability to verify accurate patient coverage before treatment.
