Job Description – Steward Position: Steward Department: Food & Beverage Service Key Responsibilities: - Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service. - Take food and beverage orders and serve them efficiently. - Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and organized. - Assist guests with menu selection and provide recommendations. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service area. - Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service. - Follow company service standards and safety guidelines. Requirements: - 0–2 years of experience in hospitality or restaurant service. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 2. Job Description – Captain Position: Restaurant Captain / Service Captain Department: Food & Beverage Service Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and guide the service team during operations. - Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer complaints professionally. - Take orders, recommend menu items, and ensure timely service. - Train and support stewards and junior staff. - Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service flow. - Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and hygiene. - Monitor table turnover and ensure guest satisfaction. Requirements: - 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality service. - Solid leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and guest handling skills. - Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards. 3. Job Description – Barista Position: Barista Department: Beverage / Café Operations Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards. - Operate coffee machines and maintain equipment properly. - Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee station. - Manage stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients. - Handle billing through POS systems if required. - Follow café recipes and quality standards. Requirements: - 0–2 years of experience as a barista or in café service. - Knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods. - Good communication and customer service skills. - Passion for coffee and hospitality.
