2. Job Description – Captain
Position: Restaurant Captain / Service Captain
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the service team during operations.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer complaints professionally.

- Train and support stewards and junior staff.

3. Job Description – Barista
Position: Barista

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee station.
