Job Title: Strategic Head – Social Media & Marketing Experience Required: 4–5 Years Department: Marketing & Creative Location: Noida Sec 63 Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Strategic Head – Social Media & Marketing who can lead the marketing, social media, and creative teams. The candidate will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, managing campaigns, and driving brand growth through innovative digital strategies. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement strategic marketing and social media plans to support company growth. • Lead and manage the Social Media, Marketing, and Creative teams to achieve business objectives. • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube etc. • Create and manage content strategies and marketing calendars. • Review marketing strategies and campaign plans every 15 days and update them based on performance and market trends. • Conduct team performance reviews every 15 days to track progress, identify gaps, and improve results. • Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI, and optimize strategies accordingly. • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and marketing executives for smooth campaign execution. • Identify new marketing opportunities, trends, and growth strategies. • Ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output across all platforms. • Present performance reports and growth strategies to management.
