iOS Architect (India based, 100 Remote)

Overview The iOS Architect plays a critical role in our organization by leading the design and development of innovative mobile applications that enhance user experience and meet business objectives. As a remote position based in India, this role demands a professional with extensive knowledge of iOS architecture and development methodologies. The architect will be responsible for establishing guidelines, code reviews, and mentoring development teams to implement best practices. This position is essential for driving technical advancements within our product offerings and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The iOS Architect will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to deliver scalable, maintainable, and efficient applications. With the growing demand for mobile solutions, this role is pivotal in shaping the mobile strategy of the organization and influencing feature prioritization based on architectural needs and performance considerations. Key Responsibilities • Optimize the app performance, including Memory, CPU, App Launch and Battery Usage. • Optimize the app user experience on the iOS platform. • Design architecture and develop features for core app modules. • Maintain the core app modules. • Promote robust and maintainable code, clear documentation, and deliver high quality work. Required Qualifications • Over 3 years of iOS experience, proficient in Objective-C/Swift. • Proficient in iOS system, memory management, multi-threading, app launch flow. • Strong understanding of common design patterns and good coding practices. • Experience in cross platform development technologies, such as mini programs, flutter or Kotlin Multiplatform is a plus. • C++ development experience is a plus. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, and problem-solving abilities.
