Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative based in Dehradun. The role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, delivering sales presentations, meeting client needs, and achieving sales targets. The representative will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and staying updated on market trends and competitor activity. Additional responsibilities include collaboration with marketing teams to implement campaigns and deliver product training to clients and stakeholders as needed. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. • Basic and advanced Sales techniques, including closing sales, generating leads, and meeting sales targets in competitive environments. • Proficiency in Sales & Marketing strategies, including promotional campaigns and market research to identify growth opportunities. • Ability to deliver effective Training to clients and stakeholders on products and relevant solutions. • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Knowledge or experience in sustainable products, procurement processes, or infrastructure solutions is an advantage. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
