Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Digital Marketing Specialist focused on paid advertisement campaigns. The role consists of creating, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, Linked In and other advertising channels to enhance performance and achieve targeted outcomes. You will analyze data, measure campaign effectiveness, conduct A/B testing, and implement strategies to maximize ROI. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Qualifications Experience and knowledge in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing Proficiency in Web Analytics and tracking metrics to measure campaign performance Strong Communication skills, with the ability to convey concepts clearly to diverse teams and stakeholders Understanding of buyer psychology, funnel optimization, and AI-powered marketing tools Proven ability to develop data-driven strategies to enhance performance and achieve business goals Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred Experience with paid media platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads is highly desirable Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach
