About The Role You will build the "Lifecycle Engine" that drives retention and conversion. You are responsible for the unified user journey across email, in-app, and push notifications for both internal and client-owned apps. Key Responsibilities • Design In-App Lifecycle strategies, including behavior-triggered notifications and onboarding journeys. • Implement push notification segmentation logic to improve Day 1 / Day 7 / Day 30 retention metrics. • Coordinate multi-channel orchestration (Email, SMS, Push, In-App) as a unified user journey. • Support Client App Growth by setting up automation logic and SDK integrations (Firebase, OneSignal, etc.). • Build and manage lead-nurturing workflows in HubSpot/Salesforce based on real-time behavioral data. • A/B test lifecycle messaging sequences to optimize activation-to-retention funnels. • Automate data enrichment to provide deep insights into the incoming lead/user pipeline. • Maintain MarTech stack health, focusing on API integrations, webhooks, and CRM hygiene. • Analyze retention cohorts and user drop-off patterns to suggest product/marketing pivots. • Create automated re-engagement campaigns for dormant users and stale leads. Qualifications • 4-7 years in Growth Ops; expertise in SDK integrations and mobile lifecycle tools is essential
