We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator / Developer with strong expertise in Oracle. APEX to administer, develop, and optimize Oracle database environments running on Microsoft Windows. Server. The role combines hands-on Oracle DBA responsibilities with application development using Oracle APEX to support and enhance business-critical systems. Oracle Database Administration (Windows Server) - Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Oracle Database on Windows Server - Administer Oracle services, listeners, and scheduled jobs in a Windows environment - Monitor database performance, availability, and capacity - Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning using RMAN - Manage users, roles, profiles, and database security - Troubleshoot Oracle database and Windows-related issues - Apply patches and updates for Oracle Database and related components Oracle Development & APEX - Design, develop, and maintain applications using Oracle APEX - Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL (packages, procedures, functions, triggers) - Maintain and enhance existing Oracle-based applications Windows & Operations - Work with Windows Server services, scheduled tasks, and system monitoring - Coordinate with infrastructure teams for server maintenance and upgrades - Ensure compliance with security and operational standards in a Windows environment Strong experience with Oracle Database Administration on Windows Server - Hands-on experience with Oracle APEX development - Advanced knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL - Experience with database backup, recovery, and performance tuning - Familiarity with Oracle networking (listeners, TNS) - Understanding of Windows Server administration fundamentals Experience with Oracle 19c or later - Knowledge of Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) - Experience with IIS or APEX deployment on Windows - Familiarity with Oracle Cloud or hybrid environments - Oracle certifications (OCP, APEX Specialist) Education & Experience - Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience - 5+ years of experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL - Proven experience developing and supporting Oracle APEX applications
