Role Objective Build and manage partnerships with colleges, universities, and institutions to onboard students for internships, apprenticeships, and job placements, and to run campus programs, workshops, and placement drives in collaboration with college placement cells and department heads. Who Can Collaborate With Colleges for Students (Ideal Profile) This role is best suited for professionals who already know how to work with placement cells and can close institutional partnerships, such as: • Campus Partnership Manager / University Relations Manager • Placement & Corporate Relations Officer • Business Development (B2B) / Institutional Sales Professional • HR Talent Acquisition (Campus Hiring) Specialist • Training & Education Program Partnership Lead • Career Services / Internship Program Coordinator Key ResponsibilitiesA. College Partnerships & Tie-Ups • Identify and onboard target colleges/universities (law, management, commerce, engineering, etc.). • Build relationships with TPOs (Training & Placement Officers), Directors, Deans, HODs, and placement committees. • Pitch collaboration models: internships, live projects, training + placement, industry visits, guest lectures. • Draft and coordinate MoUs, collaboration letters, consent forms, and partnership documentation. B. Student Placement & Internship Programs • Plan and execute campus hiring drives, internship onboarding, and placement cycles. • Coordinate student screening, assessments, interviews, and final selection. • Maintain placement data: student profiles, batches, domain skills, joining status, and completion. C. Program Delivery Coordination (If Applicable) • Coordinate workshops/webinars and industry sessions with internal experts. • Monitor student engagement, attendance, and placement readiness (communication, corporate skills). D. Reporting & Compliance • Maintain records of college communications, MoUs, student lists, offer letters, and performance reports. • Ensure brand and communication standards are followed in all outreach. Required Skills & Competencies • Strong communication in English (email, calls, presentations). • Ability to negotiate and close institutional deals. • Excellent stakeholder management (college authorities + students). • Target-driven mindset with disciplined follow-up. • Comfortable with MS Office/Google Sheets, CRM, and documentation. Eligibility • Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM/BA/LLB preferred but not mandatory). • 0–5+ years experience (freshers can apply if strong communication + sales/outreach ability). • Prior experience in institutional partnerships / education BD / placement is a plus. Work Type • Full-time / Part-time / Field + Remote Hybrid (as per requirement) • Requires calling, emailing, meetings, and occasional campus visits. Compensation (Choose Any Model) • Fixed + Incentive (recommended for experienced candidates) • Commission Only (3–6 months probation) then fixed based on performance • Performance-based monthly bonus per college tie-up / per placement Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month Benefits: • Health insurance • Life insurance • Provident Fund Language: • English (Required) Work Location: In person
