Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Surat for a Client Servicing Manager. The individual will act as the primary liaison between the agency and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams to execute projects, managing timelines and deliverables, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring timely resolution of any concerns. Additionally, the role involves contributing to campaign planning and strategy discussions to meet client objectives effectively. Qualifications • Proficiency in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, and stakeholder communication • Strong Organizational, Time Management, and Project Management skills • Understanding of Social Media Marketing, Campaign Execution, and Digital Strategy • Proven skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic client requirements • Familiarity with branding, content creation, and influencer management is a plus • Prior experience in client servicing or account management is preferred
