Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai for a Marketplace POC specializing in Myntra and Amazon operations. The selected individual will manage marketplace accounts, optimize listings, conduct market analysis, handle customer service queries, and ensure seamless business operations on these platforms. Responsibilities will also include regularly monitoring sales performance, implementing strategies to boost visibility, and maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external partners. Qualifications • Strong Market Analysis and Market Research skills to evaluate trends and identify opportunities on e-commerce platforms. • Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, monitor performance metrics, and develop actionable insights for growth. • Proficiency in Communication to coordinate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. • Customer Service expertise to manage inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a satisfying customer experience. • Familiarity with marketplace operations, e-commerce practices, and account management tools is a plus. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to dynamic business environments. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
