The Designer/Editor will support the Marketing team by creating materials that advance our marketing efforts. We are seeking candidates who value collaboration, creative solutions, and teamwork. Responsibilities: • Edit and produce high-quality video content for various platforms. • Create visually appealing graphic designs for marketing materials. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts. • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives. • Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. • Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and graphic design. • Work with other departments to understand their content needs. • Optimize video content for different social media platforms. • Maintain an organized library of video and graphic assets. • Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions. • Review and make necessary revisions to content based on feedback. • Ensure all content is of the highest quality and free of errors. • Assist in the development of storyboards and scripts. • Use motion graphics and special effects to enhance video content. • Export and deliver final video files in the required formats. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry-standard software. • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning. • Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for video and graphic issues. • Continuously improve skills through training and professional development. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Film Production, or related field. • Proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer. • Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and graphic design work. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator). • Experience with Final Cut Pro and other video editing software. • Excellent understanding of visual storytelling and design principles. • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. • Knowledge of motion graphics and special effects. • Familiarity with social media platforms and their video requirements. • Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary revisions. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas. • Technical proficiency in video and graphic file formats and codecs. • Experience with color grading and audio editing. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. • Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
