Role Description We are seeking a full-time Sales and Social Media and Admin Operator for an on-site role based in Vadodara. In this role, you will oversee administrative tasks, manage social media accounts by developing and scheduling engaging content, and support the sales team in achieving targets. Key responsibilities include coordinating with clients, maintaining records, managing customer inquiries, assisting with sales campaigns, and analyzing social media performance to optimize engagement. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders will be an important aspect of your daily tasks. Qualifications • Proficiency in social media management and content creation skills, including familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn • Strong sales and customer engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships • Administrative skills, including organizing schedules, managing data, and maintaining records accurately • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and tools to analyze online engagement and metrics is preferred • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities efficiently • Proficient in written and verbal communication, along with a proactive and client-focused approach • Experience with IT services or related industries is advantageous • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
