Graphic Designer - Exhibitions and Events (Amravati)

Role PurposeTo design high-quality, brand-aligned graphics and contribute to creative visualisation for exhibition stands and events, ensuring strong concept development and flawless execution from design to on-ground delivery. Department: Design Reporting to: Design Lead / Creative Director Key Responsibilities: - Concept Development & Visualisation - Work closely with the Senior Visualiser to: - Develop concepts for exhibition stands and events - Translate briefs into strong visual directions - - Develop creative suggestions for: - Booth look & feel - Graphic storytelling across the stand - Placement and treatment of branding, messaging, and visuals - - Support early-stage concept presentations with mood boards, reference visuals, and graphic styles - 2. Exhibition & Event Graphics (Core Execution) - Design or adapt exhibition graphics, including - Fascia branding - Wall panels & feature walls - Backdrops - Product display graphics - Wayfinding & signage - - Adapt client booth graphics based on the 3d desgn for graphic mockups - Prepare print-ready artworks with correct dimensions, bleeds, colour modes, and material considerations - Prepare - Coordinate with vendors to ensure artwork feasibility and accuracy - Marketing & Sales Support - Pitch decks & proposals - Case studies & credentials - Brochures, flyers, standees - Social media creatives for events & project showcases - - Support sales with quick visual concepts when required Skills and CompetenciesTechnical Skills (Must-Have) - Adobe Illustrator (advanced) - Adobe Photoshop - Corel Draw - Figma (Bonus) - Strong understanding of: - Print production - Exhibition materials (vinyl, fabric, MDF, acrylic, etc.) - Colour profiles and large-format scaling - Design & Concept Skills - Solid layout and typography sense - Ability to think spatially and contextually for exhibition environments - Balance of creativity and execution precision - Close attention to detail with speed Experience & Background - 2–5 years of experience in: - Exhibition design agencies - Event agencies - Space design agencies - Advertising / branding agencies with print exposure - Experience working alongside 3D visualisers is a strong advantage Growth Path - Senior Graphic Designer - Graphics Lead – Exhibitions - Creative Lead (Graphics & Visual Language) Why Join Us? - Be a crucial part of a growing company with a strong reputation in the exhibition and event industry. - Opportunity to work with diverse B2B clients across various sectors. - Opportunity for professional growth and development.
