You will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships across different countries, focusing on digital marketing strategies such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Web Development. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
- Managing onboarding, strategy, and overall client success.
- Optimizing digital marketing campaigns and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
- Ensuring client retention through proactive solutions and support.
- Collaborating with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
- Analyzing and reporting performance metrics with actionable insights.
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success and account management in the digital marketing industry.
- Experience in handling 25+ client accounts.
- Strong expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Web Development.
- Excellent communication skills, especially with Australian clients.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Please note that this is a full-time remote position with a monthly salary ranging from 60,000.00 to 80,000.00.
