Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Senior Human Resources Manager. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with organizational goals. Core responsibilities include talent acquisition, implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing performance management systems, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the manager will lead initiatives to enhance workplace culture, support employee development, and provide guidance to leadership on strategic HR matters. • Manage and oversee payroll processing based on employee timesheets, attendance records, leave data, and employment terms, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement. • Verify timesheet submissions in coordination with Studio Heads and Project Leaders to ensure accuracy of working hours, overtime, and leave adjustments. • Ensure payroll accuracy in compliance with company policies, employment contracts, and statutory regulations. Qualifications • Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, compliance, labor laws, and employee relations. • Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and workforce planning. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate across departments. • Proficiency in data analysis, HR systems, and reporting to track employee performance and organizational metrics effectively. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus. • Proven experience in a senior HR management role, preferably in the architecture, design, or creative industries, Property developement & Real estate.
