BodhiTree School of Music Role Overview We are looking for a proactive, driven, and people-oriented Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Pune. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on driving admissions, nurturing customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience to parents and students. The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and passionate about sales. Having a musical background or being a musician is a robust plus, as it helps in understanding the needs of students and communicating the value of our programs more effectively. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads into enrolled students Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and partners Provide excellent customer service and act as the primary point of contact for inquiries Conduct product presentations and guide parents through our curriculum, offerings, and value Deliver onboarding and product training to recent customers Collaborate with internal teams (teaching, operations, marketing) to support smooth admissions Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets Maintain accurate records, follow-ups, and communication in CRM tools Participate in events, demos, and outreach activities to grow the BodhiTree community Analyze prospect behaviour and feedback to continually improve sales pitches and processes Qualifications & Skills Strong communication skills with a friendly, persuasive, and confident manner Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships Proficiency in sales techniques and demonstrated ability to close deals Experience in Sales Management and strategy development is an advantage Ability to conduct product training and explain offerings clearly to customers Robust interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse individuals Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferred) Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is highly beneficial Musical knowledge or being a musician is a bonus and will be given preference
