Mentor Cum Developer (Java Full Stack / Software Development)

We are looking for a dynamic Mentor cum Developer who can balance hands-on software development with mentoring aspiring developers. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java Full Stack development and a passion for guiding learners through real-world software development practices. Key Responsibilities Development Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Java • Build RESTful APIs using Spring Boot • Develop front-end interfaces using React / Angular • Work with databases like MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB • Implement secure authentication & authorization mechanisms • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment • Participate in code reviews and ensure coding best practices Mentoring Responsibilities • Conduct technical training sessions on Java Full Stack technologies • Guide students/junior developers in building live projects • Review assignments, projects, and provide constructive feedback • Help learners understand industry best practices and coding standards • Assist in interview preparation and career guidance • Design course content and technical assessments Required Skills • Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP concepts, and Data Structures • Hands-on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security) • Experience with front-end technologies (React/Angular) • Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture • Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines • Strong communication and presentation skills Preferred Skills • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) • Knowledge of Docker & containerization • Exposure to DevOps practices • Prior teaching/training experience • Experience working on enterprise-level applications Eligibility • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field • 2+ years of industry experience in Java Full Stack development • Passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing What We Offer • Opportunity to lead and mentor aspiring developers • Exposure to real-world projects • Flexible work environment • Competitive compensation • Professional growth opportunities How to Apply Send your updated resume at student2developer@gmail.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
