Here's an overview of your responsibilities: • *Role Overview:** - The Ops Support Senior Analyst C13 is responsible for the core activities of the Holdings Operations and Technology organization, focusing on change management, banking, and financial planning. - You will lead initiatives to simplify processes, drive efficiency through digitization, and improve control risk within the organization. - Your role includes establishing and maintaining a strong change control framework, working with Operations Managers on process improvement, and coordinating financial planning activities. • *Key Responsibilities:** • *Change Management:** - Provide leadership for change management initiatives post-divestitures, ensuring quality, efficiency, and accuracy in reporting processes. - Drive organizational evolution and compliance, implement strategies for improvement and efficiency, and reduce manual touchpoints in processes. - Collaborate with internal teams to drive administrative, operational, reporting, and quality improvements. • *Banking and Financial Planning:** - Centrally coordinate the departments expense and headcount management processes. - Manage financial planning activities to ensure teams remain within budget guidelines and maximize available resources. - Maintain Citi-owned bank accounts and financial reserves, working closely with Finance partners to ensure compliance with standards. - Track headcount, identify trends, and resolve issues, presenting information to senior management and governance forums. • *Qualifications:** - 10+ years of relevant experience with a minimum of five years in Operations or Controls Management. - Knowledge of Citi Risk & Controls, risk-based thinking, and analytical mindset. - Ability to manage relationships across multiple functions, work independently, and communicate effectively. - Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • *Education:** - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.
