Key Responsibilities1️ Floor Supervision
• Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Allocate tables and assign sections to stewards.
• Ensure service standards and SOPs are followed.
• Monitor cleanliness, table setup, and staff grooming.
2️ Guest Service
• Welcome and greet guests courteously.
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and specials.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure timely food and beverage service.
3️ Order & Service Management
• Take orders when required and ensure accurate entry into POS.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service flow.
• Ensure proper billing and settlement of guest checks.
4️ Team Coordination
• Conduct pre-shift briefings.
• Train and guide stewards and new staff.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
5️ Sales & Upselling
• Promote daily specials and signature dishes.
• Encourage upselling of beverages and desserts.
• Support achieving outlet sales targets.
Required Skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent guest handling ability
• Good knowledge of food & beverage service
• Basic computer knowledge (POS system)
• Ability to work under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
