Manual Software QA

Botsplash is seeking an experienced Software QA Engineer / Tester to ensure the reliability and quality of our growing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and highly self-driven, capable of owning QA responsibilities with minimal supervision while collaborating with engineering and product teams to improve the overall user experience. Responsibilities Test the Botsplash platform across web, mobile, and API layers Identify, document, and prioritize bugs, usability issues, and edge cases Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and QA documentation Validate new features and releases before deployment Collaborate with engineering, QA automation, and Client Success teams to explore real product use cases and ensure features work as expected Investigate issues reported by users and assist with troubleshooting Continuously improve QA processes to strengthen product quality and release confidence Requirements Experience testing CRM systems, B2B SaaS platforms, or complex software applications Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage QA responsibilities with minimal supervision Good written and spoken English communication skills Understanding of user experience and product quality principles Experience with Cross-browser, Mobile app testing and/or API testing Work Requirements Full-time role Must maintain at least 5 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time Based in Hyderabad or nearby areas Benefits Competitive pay Fully remote work environment Opportunity to own product testing and influence product quality Career growth into QA automation, product operations, or technical roles Company-provided laptop and office supplies
