Financial Planning Accountant

Role Overview: You will be joining our finance team as an Accountant/Financial Accountant, where your attention to detail and analytical skills will be crucial. Your main responsibilities will include managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning. This role demands a high level of accuracy, integrity, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts - Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements - Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations - Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of returns - Monitor cash flow and prepare MIS reports for management - Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - 3-5 years experience as an Accountant/Financial Accountant or in a similar role - Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) and MS Excel - Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax laws - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills - Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks - CA Inter / CMA / Semi-qualified candidates are encouraged to apply Please Note: This job is on-site and based in Mumbai.
