Full-Time Video Editor (FB & IG Ads)

This is a long-term role with room for growth and future bonuses. What you'll be doing: 1. Create 5-6 ad sets per week 2. Each ad set = 1 core ad with 4 to 5 different hooks 3. Turn raw footage into high-performing Facebook and Instagram ads 4. Add B-roll, captions, strong hooks, pattern interrupts, pacing, sound design 5. Requirements: 1. Strong experience editing short-form direct response ads 2. Excellent attention to detail 3. Fast turnaround 4. Strong English grammar 5. Understand hooks, retention, sand croll-stopping editing 6. Reliable internet and equipment 7. Available full-time 8. Comfortable working in the PH timezone Salary: 1. $600 to $850 per month, depending on speed and experience. 2. With room to grow. 3. We are not looking for average. 4.
