Job Title: Customer Service Executive - International Voice Process
Location: Mumbai ( Candidates only from Mumbai location will be considered)
Joining : Immediate Joiners are preferred
shift - 5 days working I 2 rotational week offs
Salary Package : 25,000 - 35,000 in hand fixed( based on the experience)
Key Responsibilities:
•Handle international customer calls regardinqueries, issues, and service requests.
•Provide accurate information and effective resolutions within defined timelines.
•Maintain call quality, compliance, and process guidelines.
•Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Elibility Critera:
Qualification: Any Graduates/ Undergraduates with minimum 6 months of experience
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Communication Skills:Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Prior experience in an international voice process is preferred; freshers with strong communication may apply.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
