Sr. Java Full Stack Developer _ Technology lead

We are seeking a talented and experienced Java Full Stack Senior Developer with strong hands-on expertise in API development, PostgreSQL, AWS cloud services, Docker, and Kubernetes. The ideal candidate will work across the full software development lifecycle—designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high‑performance applications. Key Responsibilities Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Work extensively with PostgreSQL for database design, complex queries, indexing, optimization, and performance tuning. Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS, etc.). Containerize applications using Docker and manage cluster deployments using Kubernetes. Implement CI/CD pipelines and collaborate closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth releases. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes. Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and architecture discussions. Ensure code quality, security best practices, and high performance in all deliverables. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices. Solid experience in PostgreSQL, including schemas, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Expertise in AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development. Proficiency with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration. Knowledge of Git, CI/CD tools, and DevOps workflows. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and Agile environment.
