Job Title: Senior Digital Marketer Job Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-Site) Experience Required: 4+ Years Notice Period ;- Immediate/15 days About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on expertise and proven excellence in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, along with a solid background in SEO. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive qualified traffic, and generate high-quality leads. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage end-to-end SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits to improve organic rankings and visibility. • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and Remarketing) with a strong focus on performance and ROI. • Strategize, execute, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, ensuring hands-on control and performance excellence. • Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, budget allocation, and data-driven insights. • Track performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations. • Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing and paid advertising. • Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to ensure aligned and effective digital campaigns. Requirements • Minimum 4+ years of mandatory hands-on experience with proven excellence in Meta Ads and Google Ads. • Strong practical experience in SEO, including technical and performance-driven optimization. • Demonstrated success in managing and scaling ad budgets with measurable ROI. • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite, etc. • Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are an added advantage. • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and project management abilities. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
