Project Coordinator

Location: Bhubaneswar Department: Production Job Responibilities: • Coordinateend-to-end localization projects across multiple languages and content types. • Assist Project Managers in planning, tracking, anddelivering localization tasks on time. • Maintain and update project schedules, trackers, anddocumentation. • Communicateproject requirements and timelines with internal teams and external vendors. • PerformQA checks and file reviews before delivery • Respondto client emails and communicate with them related to project progress andrequirements • Upload/downloadproject files, maintain folder structures, and ensure secure file handling • Monitorprogress of ongoing tasks and follow up with resources for updates • Ensureadhere to internal processes • Ensureadherence to client guidelines, workflows, and terminology standards • Track delivery timelines and ensure error-free, on-timesubmissions • Assistin issue escalation and resolution in collaboration with PMs and Quality teams • Work with CAT tools, TMS platforms, and productivity toolsas required • Check and action on quality feedback and LQA reportsreceived from the client • Inform about the bugs to the respective PCs • Inform about the bugs to the respective PCs Technical Competencies: • Knowledge of MS Office (mandatory) • Knowledge of Translation and Localization software (such as CAT tools and TranslationManagement System software) is a plus • Knowledge of practices and tools, including the effective use of project managementsoftware is a plus • Inform about the bugs to the respective PCs Desired skills: • Strongorganizational and problem-solving skills • Energy anda positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills • Ability tomanage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive and deadline-driven workenvironment • Attentionto details • Inform about the bugs to the respective PCs DesiredQualification and Experience: • Bachelor’sdegree in Business Administration/ Linguistic studies (any language) • Minimum 2-3years of work experience as translator (any language) Linguistic backgroundprofile will be highly preferred • Experiencein the Localization/Translation Industry is a plus If you’re passionate about languages, culture, and driving global connectivity, this is your invitation to join us.
