Job Title: Automation Test Engineer – Java & Playwright(Looking for IMM -15days joiners) Location: Hyderabad Experience: [3–6] years Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer with strong experience in Java and Playwright to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for modern web applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced Agile environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test scripts using Playwright with Java Build and enhance automation frameworks for UI and API testing Execute automated test suites and analyze test results Collaborate with developers, product owners, and manual testers to understand requirements and identify test scenarios Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines Perform root cause analysis for test failures and application defects Ensure test coverage across functional, regression, and smoke testing Maintain test documentation and reports Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong programming experience in Java Hands-on experience with Playwright for browser automation Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies Experience with TestNG / JUnit Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.) Experience with version control systems (Git) Familiarity with API testing (REST, Postman, or RestAssured) Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
