**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**: - To maintain pharmacy in shifts. - To checkup for the correctness in quantity and expiry date of medicines received from suppliers. - To arrange the medicines in its place in order and easily accusable. - To maintain the records of receipt, issues and sales promptly. - To observe accuracy and speed while dispensing the medicines. - To coordinate with wards and doctors for better service. - To make sure that no medicine is dispensed without proper prescription from doctors. - To maintain the re-order level in order to facilitate proper indenting and replacing. - To give pharmacy clearance on information about the discharge of patients from our hospital.
