The role involves teaching phonetics, grammar, and literature while fostering a love for reading. Key Responsibilities: - Focus on the four pillars of language: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing (LSRW). - Instruct students in grammar, vocabulary, literature, and composition according to CBSE standards. - Develop students' verbal communication and public speaking skills. - Evaluate student performance through diverse assessment tools and projects. - Organize co-curricular activities like Storytelling, Debates, Drama, and Spell-Bee. - Create a "Language Lab" environment to improve student fluency. - Manage the school's Literary Club, Debates, and Elocution competitions.
