1.Video editor /Motion Graphics Designer
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and produce motion graphics for events, social media, advertisements, and promotional videos.
• Animate logos, typography, and visual elements for events & brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce dynamic visual content.
• Create engaging reels, explainer videos, and digital advertisements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all motion graphic outputs.
EXPERIENCE
1+YEAR
Desired Software / Skill Set
• Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• 3D Software (Blender / Cinema 4D / Maya)
• Strong understanding of video editing, animation, and motion graphics
• Knowledge of social media content trends and formats (Reels, Shorts, etc.)

2. 3D VISIUALIZER
Job Title: 3D ARTIST – Event Management & Experiential Marketing
Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with strong expertise in event and experiential design. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing high-quality 3D designs for live events, exhibitions, brand activations, and corporate experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create realistic 3D designs and renders for:
· Stage setups
· Entry arches
· Exhibition stalls & booths
· Photo-op installations
· Activity zones & experience areas
· Event environments & venue layouts
· Develop mood boards, spatial layouts, and immersive design concepts.
· Translate client briefs into visually compelling 3D presentations.
· Collaborate with creative, production, and execution teams.
· Produce high-quality render outputs for client presentations.
· Ensure designs are technically feasible for fabrication and execution.
Required Software Skills:
· Autodesk 3ds Max
· AutoCAD
· Blender
· Twin motion
· Unreal Engine (Strong working proficiency required)
· Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience in event/exhibition design.
· Strong understanding of spatial design and experiential marketing.

Job Role: Event Operations Executive
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and coordinate on-ground event operations.
· Manage event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and vendor coordination.
· Supervise installation and dismantling of event setups.
· Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and production teams to ensure smooth execution.
· Handle permissions, materials, and event requirements before the event.
· Monitor event timelines and schedules during execution.
· Ensure proper branding and setup placement as per client requirements.
· Manage event staff, volunteers, and promoters on-site.
· Troubleshoot operational issues during the event.
· Prepare post-event reports and feedback summaries.

Compensation Details(for fresher/interns)
· The role will initially begin as an internship.
· During the internship period (1 month or more depending on candidate ability), the stipend will be ₹5,000 per month.
· The internship is designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to real creative projects.
· Interns will get the opportunity to work closely with the creative and marketing team.
· After successful completion of the internship and based on performance, candidates may be considered for a full-time position.
· The starting salary for the fresher role will range between ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
