As a Production Operations & Styling Intern at Brand Scale-Up Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting the production team and contributing to in-house and brand shoots. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will be key in ensuring smooth operations during Pre-Production processes. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Handle basic camera, lighting, and sound equipment setup - Scout viable shoot locations such as BNBs, cafes, and outdoor spots - Manage props, sets, and on-location requirements - Coordinate auditions and casting with actor/influencer agencies - Assist in outfit coordination and makeup for actors during shoots - Facilitate communication between creative, marketing, and production teams • *Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Film & Television Production, Film-making, Film Production, Fashion Styling, Mass Communication & Journalism, or related field in Media or Production - Strong coordination skills with a focus on meeting deadlines - Eagerness to learn the dynamics of shoots in a creative agency environment - Comfortable with physical tasks and handling equipment during shoot days - Independent commuting ability (own vehicle preferred) will be advantageous This hands-on role is perfect for individuals aspiring to grow in the realm of ad production and branded content creation.
