SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in search engine optimization and performance marketing. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of ranking websites, generating organic traffic, and supporting lead generation campaigns. This role requires someone who understands both technical SEO and broader digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute on-page, off-page & technical SEO • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis • Improve website rankings and organic traffic growth • Manage Google Search Console & Google Analytics • Conduct site audits and implement SEO improvements • Develop backlink strategies and outreach campaigns • Support Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign optimisation • Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports Required Skills • Proven practical experience in SEO (2–3+ years) • Strong understanding of website structure & technical SEO • Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest etc.) • Knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms • Basic understanding of paid marketing (Google/Meta Ads) • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Good communication and reporting ability Preferred Qualifications • Experience in agency environment is an advantage • Ability to handle multiple client projects • Understanding of lead generation & conversion optimisation What We Offer • Career growth opportunities • Performance incentives • Exposure to diverse industries • Supportive and dynamic work environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: • Internet reimbursement Work Location: In person
