As a Paid Media Specialist at our UK based firm, your role will involve managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, Reddit, and TikTok. You should have a strong grasp of performance marketing, including audience strategy, creative testing, data analysis, and optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on various platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, and TikTok Ads. - Optimize campaign performance by analyzing key metrics and adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting. - Develop audience strategies such as retargeting and lookalike audiences to maximize ROI. - Collaborate with creative teams to optimize ad creatives and messaging. - Conduct A/B tests on creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments. - Report on campaign performance with clear insights and actionable recommendations. - Stay updated on platform updates and emerging ad opportunities. - Explore new paid channels for additional growth opportunities. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns on Google and Meta. - Proven track record of managing performance-driven ad campaigns. - Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and pixel/event setup. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. - Ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with eCommerce and CRM tools. - Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and SEO. - Experience managing budgets across multiple channels. In addition to the Paid Media Specialist role, we are also looking for an Email Marketing Specialist with expertise in Klaviyo. This role involves planning, building, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo. - Design engaging email templates aligned with brand guidelines. - Segment audiences based on customer behavior for personalized experiences. - Manage and optimize automated flows like welcome series and abandoned cart emails. - Monitor performance metrics and implement A/B testing for improvements. - Collaborate with teams for campaign alignment with product launches and promotions. - Maintain list health and compliance with email marketing regulations. - Report and analyze campaign performance for continuous improvement. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in eCommerce. - Proficient in Klaviyo and email marketing best practices. - Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization. - Good communication and attention to detail.
