As a Cybersecurity Penetration Tester, your role involves understanding complex computer systems and technical cybersecurity environments to conduct penetration testing. You will be working on projects focused on identifying security vulnerabilities in various areas such as clients infrastructure, Web and Mobile Apps. Your tasks will include applying an adversary mindset to simulate sophisticated actors, achieving project-specific objectives, and documenting and effectively communicating findings and vulnerabilities at both technical and executive management levels. Additionally, you will assist in the development of offensive capabilities, develop internal tools and automation for penetration tests, perform research to identify new vulnerabilities, and present recommendations to reduce risk for complex scenarios where security vulnerabilities cannot be remediated. Qualifications required for this role include a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, or related work experience. You should have at least 5 years of experience in Penetration Testing and/or Red Teaming, along with expertise in conducting penetration testing on Web Applications, Infrastructure, Mobile applications, and Vulnerability Assessments. Proficiency in using tools like Kali Linux, Burp, Metasploit, and other security tools is essential. You should be able to effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines with quality deliverables, possess strong communication skills to articulate ideas and scenarios internally and with clients, and maintain high ethical professional standards. Moreover, you should be committed to teamwork, have the willingness to research new security testing techniques, build automation for efficiency, and possess programming experience in languages like Python, .NET, or others.
